Every FE & VALOR CO. item is prepared with care. Many of our products are made to order, which helps us maintain quality and avoid unnecessary waste.
Please allow time for production before your order ships. Estimated production and delivery times will be displayed during checkout when available. Shipping estimates are not guarantees, and delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances may occur.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Orders may enter production shortly after they are placed. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after production has begun.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Because many FE & VALOR CO. products are made specifically for each order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, changes of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Please review all product descriptions and sizing information carefully before ordering.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We stand behind the quality of what we sell. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs showing the item and issue
• A photograph of the shipping label when applicable
After reviewing the information, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or resolution.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier first.
For orders that appear lost in transit or remain without tracking movement for an extended period, contact us through our Contact page so we can review the shipment.
